The Curious Lives of Little Blue Penguins

Many people think that penguins only live in cold places,sliding on their bellies across the snow. However, you can find us little penguins in parts of New Zealand and Australia. Our habitats include rocky coasts, dunes, islands, and forests near the sea. But you may also spot us living close to humans in coastal cities. Some shorten the name to "little penguin." In Australia, some people call us "fairy penguins," which i like a lot because it sounds magical!
