I have a good nose for clean air, so I’d like to share a tip for maintaining healthy indoor air quality. Indoor air can be just as polluted as outdoor air, especially with the presence of modern chemicals in the house. To improve your home’s air quality, you can consider a few changes. Starting with the candles you burn; avoid paraffin-based candles, which release harmful chemicals like benzene and soot. Go for soy wax candles instead. Soy wax is eco-friendly, burns cleaner, and produces less soot, making it a healthier choice for indoor use. Cooking with a gas stove can also contribute to indoor pollution. Gas cookers can emit unsafe levels of nitrogen dioxide and carbon monoxide, especially as the burners age. Keep your appliances well maintained and consider using a rangehood and keeping windows open while cooking for better ventilation. If you want to sanitize surfaces, furniture or clothing, use white vinegar or hydrogen peroxide solutions instead of alcohol and chemical sanitizers. Essential oils can also act as natural purifiers, with studies showing that Thieves oil can eliminate up to 99.6% of airborne bacteria. You can also diffuse tea tree-, eucalyptus-, cyprus-, or lavender essential oils for purifying and cleansing. Other ways to keep the air fresh can include using salt lamps, incorporating air-cleaning house plants, and removing shoes outdoors before entering the door.

The amusement office has sent us the following joke, so we might want to take a look. It’s called “Unique Advertisement.”

Bradley walked by a prescription eyeglass store, which had the following advertisement on the window:

“Eyes are the windows to the soul. To protect your soul, install glass in the window.”

And now we have a heartline from Ehinoma in Matéri, Benin:

Dear Supreme Master Ching Hai, I live in Benin, Africa. I wish You a long and happy life on the Earth, in Your physical body. On August 4, 2024, a large vegan picnic took place on the beaches of Cotonou in Benin. The vegan food-tasting sessions attracted a huge crowd, followed by the sharing of vegan flyers (Alternative Living). Many were interested and asked many questions. It was a wonderful experience. A vegan world is possible everywhere on this Earth. Two years ago, I attended a vegan festival in Porto-Novo, Benin, and it was after this vegan festival that I decided to be vegan for the rest of my life. My family and loved ones are interested in vegan food.

I watch Your wonderful channel (Supreme Master Television) at home. I find the shows very interesting. I thank God Almighty for all the positive changes in my life by adopting the vegan diet. Sometimes, I have silent tears when I imagine Your sacrifice to teach us the true way. In Benin, we need more natural vegan foods. Supreme Master Television is sharing the good news: the benefits of vegan food. Thank you to the entire team of Supreme Master Television for the noble mission. Thank You, Supreme Master Ching Hai. Thanks to You, I feel hope for this world. Supreme Master Ching Hai, we need You. Please, take good care of Yourself. I love You. Ehinoma from Matéri, Benin

Revitalized Ehinoma, We have enjoyed reading about your very positive experiences since becoming vegan and thank you.

We are pleased to relay Master’s happy reply to you: “Gentle Ehinoma, so happy you wrote us a cheerful note! It is wonderful that you have found the vegan path, and it is also very happy news that the Benin initiates are holding festivals and picnics to show others how wonderful vegan living is with tasty vegan food. My Love is with you, and may you, your Beninese brothers and sisters, and vibrant Benin know the love and gratitude of our animal friends as we live together in Divine peace and abundance. Embracing you all and all the beautiful souls in your regal country in God’s Blessing!”
