In Supreme Master Ching Hai International Association News from the United States…
On September 1, 2024, our Association members in Northern California participated in the fourth annual Bizerkeley Vegan Food Festival held in Berkeley, California. As Northern California’s largest vegan food festival, the event unites a diverse community of vendors, vegan food enthusiasts, and advocates for the compassionate lifestyle. Designed to inspire and educate, the festival highlights the accessibility and joy of the life-saving vegan diet while fostering a spirit of community and compassion.
This year’s festival marked its largest attendance to date, continuing a trend of growth since its inception. Attendees enjoyed a wide array of offerings, including over 99 vendors showcasing vegan goods and delicious vegan cuisine from around the globe. The event also featured live music, cultural performances, a kids’ activity zone, adoptable animal friends, and opportunities to connect with rescue organizations. Proceeds from ticket sales went to benefit the Herd & Flock Animal Sanctuary in Vacaville, California. Our Association members hosted a resource table where they live-streamed Supreme Master TV and engaged with patrons, sharing insights about Supreme Master TV and the benefits of veganism.
The table featured an array of materials, including Master’s books: “Love Is The Only Solution,” “From Crisis to Peace: The Organic Vegan Way is the Answer,” and the sample booklet “The Key of Immediate Enlightenment,” as well as vegan recipe booklets, Supreme Master TV flyers & bookmarks, a booklet of Master’s aphorisms paired with climate change facts, and a climate change factsheet. Additionally, our Association members actively walked around the fair, distributing Supreme Master TV flyers and engaging with attendees. Many guests expressed enthusiasm for what Supreme Master TV offers, demonstrating open-mindedness and a genuine interest in learning more about veganism and how to embark on this compassionate lifestyle. The Bizerkeley Vegan Food Festival organizer, Erika Hazel (vegan) and other participants kindly shared their time to speak with Supreme Master TV.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Erika Hazel and all the organizers of the Bizerkeley Vegan Food Festival, as well as the participating vendors, for creating an event that beautifully showcases how delicious and accessible the vegan lifestyle is. We also deeply appreciate the efforts of our Association members in Northern California for sharing Master’s Teachings and Supreme Master TV with attendees. In the grace of Providence, may everyone recognize the transformative benefits of the vegan lifestyle and adopt this wholesome, compassionate way of living.
