Scientists found that the students who displayed positive expressions, such as smiling, in their photos tended to have more favorable life outcomes.

In essence, happier individuals tend to enjoy better health and longer lifespans. In a study published in the Journal of Psychology of Sport and Exercise, researchers found that runners who wore a smile during their workouts were more efficient than those who frowned and those who maintained a neutral expression. This efficiency boost is because a smile helps us relax and release tension, creating a favorable condition that enhances our endurance.
