Staying lean and healthy has always been my goal and can be yours too. Today I would like to share a health tip with you. Guava leaves are a great addition to your daily health regimen and contain medicinal properties that have been used for centuries. Guava leaves are abundant in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants such as Vitamins A and C, and the mineral potassium. They can aid in digestion, promote hair growth, regulate blood sugar levels, improve skin, and enhance the immune system. Their high levels of antioxidants may assist in preventing the development and growth of cancer cells. Guava leaves are edible and add a distinctive flavor to your meals. You can incorporate them in soups, stews, or stir-fries or make them part of your daily routine by drinking guava leaf tea. To make it, just boil fresh guava leaves or use dried leaves. Furthermore, chewing guava leaves can also help relieve toothaches and gum issues. This is attributed to their anti-inflammatory properties.

Let’s get on that good mood boat and enjoy some fun currents with the following joke. It’s entitled “Moving Fast.”

Tobias was discussing with his friend Hector whether or not an electric- powered bicycle might require vehicle insurance to ride.

“Well, it’s got two wheels and pedals, so it’s just like a bicycle, so I feel no insurance is needed.”

“But it has an engine, and, more importantly, goes pretty fast.”

“Then by your reasoning cheetah-people would need insurance to run!”

?!

And now we have a heartline from Zi-Ping in Singapore
