Respected and Beloved Master, I’m so fortunate to have become Your disciple in this life. At the age of 10, I kept wondering, “Why are we here? Where will we go after we die?” I was always afraid of dying and the passing of my loved ones, cautiously living my life with fear.
At the age of 24, at my classmate’s home, I saw Your picture repeatedly transforming into the image of Quan Yin Bodhisattva in front of my eyes. It moved me greatly. I told myself this was Quan Yin Bodhisattva. All the answers I had been looking for from a young age were found in Master’s books. The next day, I rushed to Uncle Lin’s place again and firmly told him that I wanted to be initiated by Master! He told me that getting initiated was a major and lifelong matter, and that it must not be decided casually. I firmly said to Uncle Lin, “I didn’t make the decision casually. This is what I’ve been seeking since childhood!” Uncle Lin said to me, “Wait till the end of October. Master will give a lecture in Keelung. You can go then.”
During that time, I prayed to Master’s picture with lit incense every day and told Master that I knew You are a Buddha, and that I wanted to follow Master and walk on the spiritual path. The only thing I prayed for was that my parents could walk the same spiritual path with me. Finally, the end of October arrived. I took the train from Hualien to Keelung to listen to Master’s lecture. In 1988, my parents and I got initiated at the same time, following Master’s footsteps wholeheartedly. I am 60 this year. I’ve been practicing spiritually with Master for 36 years. Thank You, Great Master, for mercifully leading me along this journey of life.
At this turbulent time of the Earth, thank You, Master, for clearly disclosing to the world that You are the Maitreya Buddha and the Savior that has come. How lucky we are! I am grateful to Beloved Master for giving so much Love to all beings! I deeply thank God Almighty for allowing Master to be healthy and safe, and to continue taking care of all sentient beings on Earth. Those are the biggest wishes of my life! With my deepest thanks, I’m thankful to the Greatest Master ever. And I want to hereby tell You, “I love You.” Respectfully, a disciple who loves You deeply, Chia-Ning from Taiwan (Formosa)
