There’s plenty to crow about on a delicious vegan diet. Here is a healthy recipe for avocado hummus. In a food processor, blend together a peeled and de-stoned avocado, 200 grams (1/2 can) of drained chickpeas, a crushed garlic clove, juice from a lime, and a pinch of chili flakes, then season it with salt to taste. To serve, sprinkle coriander leaves and several more chili flakes on top of the hummus and pair with carrots sticks, mixed peppers and whole grain crackers or corn chips.
