Therefore, glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.” “We know that we all have knowledge. Knowledge puffs up, but charity edifies. To us there is but one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we in Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom are all things, and we by Him. But meat commends us not to God. But when you sin so against the brethren, and wound their weak conscience, you sin against Christ. Wherefore, if meat make my brother to offend, I will eat no flesh while the world stands, lest I make my brother to offend.” “For though I be free from all humankind, yet have I made myself servant unto all, that I might gain the more. To them that are without law, as without law, (being not without law to God, but under the law to Christ,) that I might gain them that are without law. To the weak became I as weak, that I might gain the weak: I am made all things to all people, that I might by all means save some. And this I do for the gospel’s sake, that I might be partaker thereof with you.”
