Just continue meditating. Continue. There’s no other way. It’s even worse to turn round. Told you already. It’s certainly difficult to climb up a mountain. If it’s that easy to reach Buddhahood or to return to the Original Source, why the need for Shakyamuni Buddha to come down here? Why the need for Jesus Christ, Prophet Mohammed (Peace Be Upon Him), and Guru Nanak? Why the need for any enlightened Master? Understand what I mean? That’s all there’s to it. Because of suffering. It’s also very painful for Them to come down here.
Whether from the Sixth or Seventh Level, Master will also bring them back. What I mean is, even they come down here, they’re also contaminated to this degree. They have to do diligent spiritual practice in order to go back. It’s not that they come down and they’ll continue to be at the same Sixth or Seventh Level, without making any effort. It’s not possible. Look at Shakyamuni Buddha. He practiced so hard spiritually, for six years, and renounced everything, including the whole country and His 500 wives, His first wife and children, even His own child. Are there parents who don’t love their children? He even left His children for the purpose of returning to the Original Home. He practiced so hard for six years; practiced the wrong way, cultivated the wrong things. He almost died – was starving and became like a mere skeleton because of practicing asceticism. Even like this, He still couldn’t find His original spiritual level. He’s from Tushita Heaven, which you all know. It’s recorded in many sutras. The same with Jesus Christ. He also practiced spiritually for 20-plus years, and then He truly realized His own Original Self.
The reason I told you all this is to let you know that though you’ve made mistakes, and you’ve struggled, it’s not all your fault. Our karma from previous lives comes back and sticks to us. We have gone to hell and burnt it all up. When we come up, it’s leftover still lingering in the air, and still comes to us. It stays in the magnetic field of the Universe. It still comes over to adhere to you, to make you suffer and struggle very much. We want to be good, yet it pulls us back to be bad. Even if you don’t want to be bad, it’ll still affect you. It influences our mind. Therefore, it’s alright. Continue fighting, continue meditating, continue the way that you know is right and just walk on. No matter how painful, no matter how hard, you still have to continue meditating. That’s what I mean. There’s no other way. That’s how it is when you come down here. Who told you to come down anyway? Told you already. (Thank You, Master.) Happy? (Yes.)

No. Have you seen one? No. Then it’s the same with you. How can you expect an exception? How can you take advantage? Next one. Now that I let you ask, you don’t ask.

In the middle third of last November, before we left for the Thai retreat, she passed away. I’m thankful that Master took her to go. Because of that, I could go to the Thai retreat. Thank You very much. After she passed away, I felt sad every day. I miss her, but I’ve never dreamed about her.) What for dreaming of her? You’re at such a low level, how can you see her? (May I ask if she’s beyond the Three Worlds now? Thank You.) Of course she is. (Thank You.) You should ask if you yourself are beyond the Three Worlds. (Thank You.) OK. No problem, since she’s been initiated. Master will take care of her. Whether she’s beyond the Three Worlds or not, I’ll still take care of her until she goes beyond the Three Worlds. (Master, a small question. If the kid fails to meditate enough hours in one day, does he need to make up for it on the following day?) OK. Makeup for it if he can. (OK.) Let him try his best. (Thank You, Master.) You’re welcome. The kid is so honest. Worried about being unable to meditate enough hours. Good! Tell him to just do his best, and then it’s fine. Just do his best. Meditating more is good for us. Because I could also tell you, “Whatever! Just meditate whatever you can.” Then, you’d like me more. But let me tell you frankly, if no one sets a rule for you, you wouldn’t do it. You’d have an excuse to be lazy. “Master said it doesn’t matter how long we meditate. Why should I work so hard?” Do you suppose that Master should say it doesn’t matter that you just meditate for five minutes? Is this the way that a Master should do? I want you to reach a certain level. Therefore, I say to meditate for two and a half hours. However, if you fail to do it, I won’t kill you.
Just that it’s better to meditate more. Besides, we humans are lazy in nature. If you’re not given a rule, a model, a definite requirement, you wouldn’t do it. Have you seen anyone working in any working place voluntarily show up and work for eight hours every day? Or ten hours? No. Only with a time-clock-punch-in card system or something will they arrive on time. They always have excuses to come late: “Heavy traffic! Traffic congestion.” “I’ve a headache today. I’m not coming to work.” “My mom is ill.” “My kids are giving me trouble.” Plenty of excuses for absence. And then the boss even says, “Oh! It doesn’t matter! Our factory is running just for fun. If you want to work, then come. If not, then just stay home. Even if you go to gamble is OK.” Is there? (No.) In this case, do you think the employees would come to work? Of course not! If one gets paid without having to work, which idiot would go to work?
Not to mention about you, these lazy disciples. I told you to meditate two and a half hours, but you just doze off. And you still count clearly, from 12 o’clock to 2:30. You just sit there dozing off, and still set an alarm clock. After waking up, you’d tell yourself, “It’s been two and a half hours. Now I am free to go out.” There must be a… Our mind requires some regulations, some precepts, some, what’s it called… not regulations. How do you say “discipline” (in Chinese)? (Discipline.) Discipline? Yes, we need that. Otherwise, the mind wouldn’t do it. You already know that you have to meditate for two and a half hours, but still want to cheat! Cheat yourself. No matter if just dozing off or having chaotic thoughts, you still record it as “two and a half hours.” It’s alright. Just try your best. I mean, do your best. Don’t cheat yourselves. Understand? Because meditating more is good for yourself.
In the beginning, I still need to remind you that you must meditate for two and a half hours. After that you should do it automatically. OK? Automatically. Same as kids going to school. Would any kid automatically and willingly go to school and do homework every day? Very rarely. We need to encourage him, sometimes bribe him. “Finish your homework nicely, then Mom will give you five dollars.” Things like that. Understand? Learning is good for him! You may not be able to receive any benefit from him, because he’s the one who studies, graduates, and then finds a good job. And you may not be around in the world to enjoy his money, if he’d give you any. However, you want him to go to school because it’s good for his future. So you need to push him, encourage or even threaten him. Sometimes, you must bribe him, give him five or ten bucks, so that he’d do his homework. “I’ll take you out to have a nice drink or (vegan) ice cream, and to have some fun – after you’ve finished your homework.” For example like that. “Or else Daddy will spank you.” For example, then he’d do it. Our mind also behaves like a small child, loves to take it easy and doesn’t like to work. It’s like that. That’s why discipline is required. Next one. Hurry, or I’ll run away.

But it has become much better. Everyone can tell. The US military is withdrawing. The UK has withdrawn partially. They are also withdrawing. France is also withdrawing. Many countries are withdrawing their troops. Also, they have signed a lot of peace treaties. Of course, there are still some conflicts here and there, but it has become more peaceful. The world is more peaceful, and countries are helping one another. Countries unite with each other. Now, all the countries in the United Nations are now getting together every day or frequently to find solutions to purify and detox the Earth. They are doing better to protect the environment and to protect our planet. You see, there’s good news on Supreme Master TV every day. You didn’t see so many of them before. Now it seems everyone is doing things in the way we prefer, in line with what we want. They’re working toward that direction. You should congratulate yourselves. This is already very good, despite there being some karma. Of course, they’re not completely eliminated, due to individual or collective karma. However, in summary, our planet is in much better shape. There’re more of those… better in moral and spiritual aspects, more inclined to help each other, and more human-like. We’re now more human-like.
