“When the Dharma is about to disappear, women will become vigorous and will at all times do deeds of virtue.” “It’s now the Dharma-ending Age, the last age, I (God) will descend on Earth. I WILL CHOOSE A WOMAN’S FORM as the tool to guide human beings in this world...” “THERE WILL BE A LADY WEARING HIGH HEELS coming to lead the Way.”
In our previous episode, we featured the prophecy by Chinese prophet and sage Liu Bowen that Maitreya Buddha will “descend to the human world, neither as an official in the house of the prime minister nor as a prince in the palace; neither in Buddhist temples nor in Taoist monasteries, but in the family of ordinary people.” In addition, He will distribute “gold” everywhere. These descriptions match our Most Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai (vegan) who was born into an ordinary working-class family. What’s more, Master is known for Her extensive philanthropic work as she constantly strives to assist those in need.
Liu Bowen has also revealed additional fascinating details of his vision of the One in charge of the First Original Religion of Maitreya.
“The emperor said: ‘Who will teach the Tao after the Dharma-Ending Age?’ Wen (Liu Bowen) said: ‘The following poem is evidence: He does not look like a monk or a Taoist. He will wear a (vegan) cashmere hat that weighs 4 liang (about 150 grams). The true Buddha will not live in temples or monasteries. He will be in charge of the First Original Religion of Maitreya.’”
The Saint in charge of the First Original Religion of Maitreya can be none other than Maitreya Buddha Himself. The prophecy revealed that Maitreya Buddha will not be part of the traditional monastic order, but appear as a lay person, wearing ordinary clothes.
This prophecy also appears to describe our Most Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai. For most of Her life, Master has donned the outfits of a householder. Liu Bowen’s description of a big, heavy hat implies the style of glamour. And it’s indeed one of many fashion styles that are mostly Her designs that Master has taken on. Sometimes, Master wears hats, including those that are lightweight and made of vegan cashmere-like material.
Similarly, there are other writings from the Cao Đài religion that provide prophetic insights into the appearance of the Maitreya Buddha. The book, “Excerpts from His Holiness Phạm’s Teachings,” is written by the Dharma Guard Phạm Công Tắc, one of the first 12 great disciples in the Cao Đài religion in Âu Lạc (Vietnam). His prophecies mention the appearance of a special Lady. A respectful Cao Đài devotee has shared this.
“In the book ‘Truth by God,’ it said that there will be a Lady coming down to save the world: ‘It’s now the Dharma-ending Age, the last age, I (God) will descend on Earth. I WILL CHOOSE A WOMAN’S FORM as the tool to guide human beings in this world... so that they wake up from a deep slumber and determine to go back to the Eternal Home, their original abode, where they left.’”
“In another book, His Holiness Phạm spoke in front of the Cao Đài Temple that in the future, THERE WILL BE A LADY WEARING HIGH HEELS coming to lead the Way.”
A Lady Savior wearing high-heels at the Dharma-Ending Age, who can this be? A talented fashion designer and creative artist, our Most Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai can effortlessly transform Herself into different appearances, from a youthful romantic girl to a next-door friend, to a professional woman, a noble lady, or even a queen. On different occasions, She wears high-heels.
“In the beginning, it was just a joke, but I told my attendants, ‘Be careful with all my “spiritual” weapons!’ This is one of them. So now you know, I don’t fight with swords or guns. I fight with my ‘spiritual’ weapons. And they’re cute, harmless, lovely.
Yes. I read somewhere in one of the magazines or newspapers in America a long time ago. They said Jesus also has His own prediction. He said that ‘I will be reborn as a woman and nobody will recognize me.’ Have you heard of this? (Yes.)”
In “The Essene Humane Gospel of Christ,” it’s recorded that Lord Jesus Christ (vegetarian) prophesied that a female Comforter would come. But sadly, as predicted, the world has largely succumbed to much evil, hence most don’t recognize Her.
"And I will pray to the All-Parent, Who shall give you another Comforter, even The Mother of Wisdom, to abide with you forever; for She is the Holy Spirit of Truth; even My Mother, I sent unto you; Whom the evil world cannot receive, because it seeth not, neither knoweth Her[…].” ~ Lord Jesus Christ (vegetarian), The Essene Humane Gospel of Christ
Many of our Association members have recognized and expressed gratitude to Supreme Master Ching Hai for being the Comforter that our world so sorely needs right now.
“(Master, I just have to say this. As Jesus said, that He was going to His Father and He would send a Comforter, You are that Comforter to us.) Thank you. Thank you. (It’s wonderful. You are that Comforter. You are omnipotent. Your spirit is omnipresent. That’s why You’re with us all the time. And you always say, ‘Not me personally, but my spirit.’ And it’s a blessing that God that we’ve been praying to for thousands and thousands of years, the spirit, that same Spirit, takes up a new body from time to time. We are recipients at this time to know this One, this Comforter. Thank God for Master Ching Hai. Peace.)”
Similarly, Shakyamuni Buddha (vegan) predicted that during the Dharma-Ending Age, women will rise up and become leaders in Dharma practice and doing virtuous deeds instead of men. And genuine practitioners won’t be acknowledged and followed by worldly people.
“When the Dharma is about to disappear, women will become vigorous and will at all times do deeds of virtue. Men will grow lax and will no longer speak the Dharma. Those who are genuine shramanas (practitioners) will be looked upon as dung and no one will have faith in them.”
Our Most Wise Supreme Master Ching Hai explained why a female Master is needed at this time.
“I have not always been a woman Master. I did it on purpose this time, to let you know that a woman can also be enlightened, and be a Master. How about that! To break your false conception about the superiority of manhood. To encourage and glorify the womanhood. To teach the men humble, humility lessons. Which is badly needed now. You have boosted your ego for many centuries, and looked down upon women. Women are mothers of all the Buddhas, and (Lord) Jesus. They deserve a good position. Without women, no one can exist. But since millions of years, people are ungrateful to the mothers of the Earth. So God decided that Hes chooses a woman to be a Master now.”
At the beginning of Her mission, Supreme Master Ching Hai wore the traditional Buddhist nun outfit as an ordained Buddhist and Hindu nun, and later She ceased to wear these robes and has enlightened us on the reasons why She changed Her appearance.
“I have tried many ways. The ascetic way and the kind of poverty looking way, but always work with me. Yeah! I have followers before I changed my outfit, too. […]
But then, after I had the inner intuition and inner Order from God that I must widen my teaching and bring it to different corners of the world, I began to think. I think I must change my appearance to suit all types of people, to bring trust and friendship at the immediate first meeting with these people. That’s why I change the appearance.”
Master also clarified how Her different appearances help people who have different affinity with Her to connect with their past life memories and awaken them spiritually faster.
“Some Masters were kings in their past life. Perhaps He was a king once and also a Master. He was a king and a Master at the same time. So He had many subordinates, concubines, beauties, and eunuchs. So when He comes back, of course He wants to liberate those people. If He doesn’t wear something bright when He seeks to liberate them, they won’t recognize him. They cannot recall that relationship in their memory or subconscious. They cannot connect to their past affection or karma. They cannot connect to that affinity. So they cannot be enlightened quickly.”
Many of our Association members formed an instant connection with Master when they first saw Her and seem to have remembered something deeply spiritual in their subconscious.
“Before initiation, when I saw the sample book, I felt I saw Master before. But I was recollecting, ‘Where I saw Her, where I saw Her?’ But didn’t remember anything. But I saw Her (before) wearing this color dress. When the next day I was initiated, I saw Her in this dress! Then I was sure the one I saw before was the same Master.”
“(And when I saw You, You were wearing [Goddess] Ganges’ dresses.) Ganges? ([Her] dress.) Yeah? OK. (They show in the Mahabharata [Sanskrit epic of ancient India]. The Ganges, they show the Ganges. They show her in that same dress. So when I saw You, I became different.) Yes. (So, I’ve had the devotion for the Ganges.) Yes. (And I danced just like that!) Just like that. And everybody loved it so much. You hear so much applause. (It was the Ganges. Because I felt that I’m dancing before Ganges.) Yes, yes, yes. Not before an ordinary person. Yes, yes, understand.”
“(You look very beautiful.) It’s batik (fabric) from Indonesia. […]
(A few years ago, my mother had a dream. You were wearing batik and then You were wearing high-rise shoes. […]) You saw me wearing batik? So I have to do it now just to prove that she’s right. You’re happy now, mother? (Happy, happy, very happy.)”
“When I was young, once I dreamed of a Saint with a big circle of golden yellow Light emanating from Her/His head, very beautiful and dignified, just like the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in pictures. I asked the Saint, ‘Why are You so bright?’ The Saint answered me by mind communication without opening Her/His mouth: ‘Come and have a look.’I walked near the Saint and found that Her/His head was fully covered with small round holes similar to Shakyamuni Buddha, but they were not protruding hair. From each of the small, round holes, there was a ray of Light shining out. It looked as if the Saint’s whole head was emanating a big circle of Light, similar to that in the pictures of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. […]
I said joyfully, ‘I’d like to emanate Light. Please help me to achieve it.’ Again, the Saint told me by mind communication, ‘There’ll be a great Savior, an ancient Buddha, the Son of God, to guide you to emanate Light. There’s affinity between you both.’
Later, all of the vision suddenly disappeared. Then, there was a person dressed as an ancient emperor who appeared in front of me. He was handsome with short, dark hair and walking toward me with a folding fan in His hand. I laughed, ‘It’s the modern time now. How could someone still be wearing an ancient costume? An actor? No, the hairstyle is modern, short hair, just the attire was an ancient style.’ I kept laughing until I woke up.
One day, I saw a poster written ‘A great Master from the Himalayas — Supreme Master Ching Hai,’ ‘Immediate Enlightenment; One Life Liberation.’ I went to attend Her lecture straight away and then decided to get initiation from Master. While happily waiting for initiation at Hsihu Ashram, I saw Master wearing the same ancient emperor’s apparel. She had short hair and was holding a folding fan. I was startled. Isn’t this the Saint whom I dreamed of? She was Master!”
How wonderful that in this age, we have the most wise, compassionate, powerful and beautiful Enlightened Master, the Maitreya Buddha, to lead humanity to a higher spiritual awareness and nobler existence on Earth. May more people recognize Master’s true identity and cherish the chance of being born in the same era as Her.
