So, every night before I go to sleep, I fill the flask like that, exactly the same. It’s still warm until the next morning, so I can drink if I need, sometimes. Sometimes, at night, I cough. If you cough, you just sip three small sips of water, and it will stop. I don’t mean when you have a cold or something, but it could be like dust, something coming in to irritate your throat. You sip three small sips, just water. Cold water’s also OK. But if I already have a warm flask, I use it. I put another cup next to it with cold water already, so if it’s too hot, I mix it to make it warm, and then I drink. But in the morning, all day it will be warm. Just nice to drink.
