Huumii is a unique phenomenon in Mongolian art, and it is inherited in the western country of Mongolia and it's inherited from father to son and from father to daughter. The special thing about the hummii is it can simultaneously be heard three or four tunes at the same time.On January 27,2009, the Supreme Master Ching Hai International Association hosted an international global warming conference in Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia. Afterwards, Supreme Master Ching Hai was invited for a grand concert with the theme"Save Our World." Attending via videoconference, Supreme Master Ching Hai warmly expressed her praise and delight at the marvelous display of Mongolian traditions.
