Here is a dog-person caretaking tip for you to keep us entertained when you are not home. Treat dispensers are fun and can be automatic, remote-controlled, or manual. Whether nudged by a nose or pushed by a paw, these toys captivate our attention. Surprisingly, many dog-folk enjoy watching television, alleviating stress by dispelling feelings of loneliness. My favorite is Supreme Master Television of course! Keep things exciting with a toy rotation; swap out items like hide-and-seek toys, snuffle mats, puzzles, stuffed Kongs, chew toys, or lick mats. Construct a cozy den with your friend’s favorite bed, surrounded by familiar toys and scents, creating a safe haven for him or her. These strategies ensure an animal companion's happiness in your absence, creating a playful and content atmosphere until your joyful return.
Let’s put on that good mood cape and fly into a moment of cheerfulness with the following joke. It’s called “100th Customer.”
A man patiently waited in front of a vegan restaurant with a promotional sign: “Free vegan meal and valuable gifts for the 100th lucky customer.” After diligently counting 99 people entering the establishment, he went inside. After eating, the man happily said to the shop owner:
“I'm the lucky customer, right?”
“Not at all! You are just the first customer!”
“What about the 99 people that came in before me?”
“They came in just to ask how many customers there had already been!”

Most Dearly Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai, If You had not initiated me on September 15, 2012, I would not know how to live until this present moment. I am from Togo. I am married and my wife was also initiated with me on the same day. What an immense grace for our couple. From our initiation until now, we have experienced many miracles every day in our lives. First, to have our two children, a nine-year-old girl and a four-year-old boy. Their mother had surgery once and was Caesarized twice in a row, and I admit that without You, she would have died.
Beloved Supreme Master, I am truly grateful. Then, since our initiation, she left her non-vegan cooking job. She hasn’t found another job so far. However, we survived thanks to my small salary from my work as a philosophy teacher, and we lacked nothing. Even now that we have two children, the same static salary supports us. It is an amazing miracle.
Finally, Beloved Supreme Master, I love Your teaching and the vegan diet so much that I do not hesitate to share them with my students. At least six of them have gone vegan and received initiation. However, as I teach in a Catholic school {...}, they used this excuse to fire me on September 6, 2022. Two weeks before the start of the school year, to prevent me from finding another job and moreover, without paying me compensation and for damages. It was a blow for me, because the survival of the small vegan family was threatened. To my surprise, another Catholic sister found me another teaching position in their school. It is a sublime miracle, although I will not be paid during the vacation months.
My Beloved Supreme Master, we firmly believe that our life and survival depend on Your miracles, and we sincerely thank You for leading us, safe and sound, through these hard times, without our faith in You and God wavering. If You weren’t here for us, our planet would have Disappeared by now, our lives on Earth too. Thank You for the salvation You bring us. Even without seeing You, we love You from Togo Komlan from Togo
