It’s great to grow your own garden, and we can also think of the best water saving ways to help preserve the environment while you do so. Today I would like to share an eco-gardening tip with you. Ollas are the Portuguese name for unglazed terracotta pots that have been used by Indigenous peoples for tending to all kinds of plants and gardens. When filled with water, the porous nature of the pots gradually release moisture to plant roots underground via a process known as soil moisture tension. The water remains in the ollas if it has been raining and the ground is wet. When the soil dries out, water is expelled into the soil around the pot. Typically, the moisture doesn’t move far from the pot, staying in the 2.5-5 centimeters surrounding it. Therefore, it’s important you set ollas in a location that allows plants to grow roots up to them. Ollas are simple to make— just take a terracotta clay pot without any paint on its exterior and secure a coin to the drainage hole using silicone glue. Bury the pot in the dirt and fill it with water. Place the bottom catch on top as a lid to keep water from evaporating and prevent mosquitoes breeding. The water will be drawn out into the surrounding soil over time, providing the sustenance the plant roots need over a duration of several days. Check your ollas regularly to see when they need to be refilled.

Hallo, Beloved Master and the Supreme Master TV team! Thanks to Master’s Grace, I was given the opportunity to be a host on Supreme Master TV as soon as I became an adult. This was the most precious gift of my coming of age, which helped with my spiritual elevation. The program I hosted was Words of Wisdom, which collects the aphorisms of many enlightened Masters, Saints and Sages of the past. When I first received the script, the content was so profound for me that after reading it several times, I still couldn’t entirely understand it. After Quan Yin meditation, suddenly, I came to realize the content of the script from inside! It was a miraculous experience!
On the day of the recording, I stood at the host’s desk talking to God. I said to Hirm, “Dear God, now I surrender myself completely to You. Please bless me to be a good instrument to convey Your Love to the world.” Instantly, I felt a strong warm current pouring down from the top of my head. God’s Love and Blessing filled my whole body. I was so moved that I had to hold back my tears. With God’s Blessing, I finished the recording smoothly. When seeing Master’s feedback, I couldn’t help but burst into tears. I knew Master’s feedback was for all working groups in front of and behind the scenes. Everyone has been pouring their efforts into God’s work, and I am so lucky to be a part of it!
