European Union (EU) provides additional humanitarian aid to Uganda.
Severe drought in the Horn of Africa has impacted food supplies in Uganda’s northeastern Karamoja region, and the nation is absorbing an increasing number of refugees arriving from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). Uganda is already hosting the most refugees in Africa. The EU recently provided an additional €4 million to Uganda, with €2 million to be used to counter food insecurity in the Karamoja region where 500,000 people require immediate food aid. This includes 100,000 children and expecting and nursing mothers who are in need of urgent nutritional assistance. The additional €2 million will enable the EU’s humanitarian partners to distribute emergency relief in southwestern Ugand to the incoming displaced persons from the DRC. The European Union is a recipient of four Shining World Leadership Awards for Humanitarianism, two Shining World Leadership Awards for Peace, and a Shining World Leadership Award for Earth Protection; as well as a laureate of two Shining World Leadership Awards for Humanitarianism and Shining World Leadership Awards for Compassion, Unconditional World Care and True Caring. It was recently discovered that the leading variant of COVID in the United States, and other nations, is capable of reinfecting persons monthly due to its stealth-like qualities, regardless of their vaccination status or prior immunity. As of mid-September 2022, the BA.5 variant accounted for nearly 85% of cases in the United States, and is thought to be the most transmissible strain of COVID yet. Although official statistics reflect that as of the first 2 weeks of September over 67,500 individuals in the USA caught the virus per day , the actual number is likely far higher due to persons not reporting their condition and the practice testing of at home and not reporting a positive result. Such concerning news, on the ability of COVID-19 to continue infecting people indefinitely. In the mercy of the Providence, may humanity soon take action and go vegan to halt the ongoing spread of zoonotic diseases and protect global health with this intelligent diet. “Who cares abt peace as long as u n urs r safe in a special palace. Egypt’s first female train drivers start working at Cairo Metro.
Hind Omar and Suzanne Mohammad have become Egypt’s first women train drivers and serve the capital city’s 20 million people. Cairo Metro has achieved a milestone in advancing women in a traditionally male-dominated profession while commuters are curious to see ladies in the driver’s cab. Only 14.3% of females in the country are formally employed, according to 2020 statistics. Ms. Mohammad says she feels a huge responsibility for transporting thousands of passengers daily. Ms. Omar, a business graduate and mother of two, acknowledged the full support from her family and is passionate about inspiring women to become train drivers. The duo passed the rigorous training tests for the job and are exempt from having to work night shifts. Bravo, Hind Omar and Suzanne Mohammad, for your historic achievement. Ukraine Peace Prize awarded to Universal Music Group (UMG) in Belgium.
On behalf of the Ukrainian president, His Excellency Volodymyr Zelenskyy, a Shining World Leadership Award for Bravery laureate, Her Excellency Olha Stefanishyna, Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration of Ukraine, presented the award to Frank Briegmann, chairman and president of UMG Central Europe and CEO of Deutsche Grammophon. UMG, a multinational music company headquartered in the Netherlands, is the only music company globally to be awarded this honor. It was acknowledged for its substantial provision of assistance to non-governmental organizations aiding Ukrainians, including the International Rescue Committee and International Red Cross, and organizing musical events in support of Ukraine. Mr. Briegmann eloquently shared, “Throughout history, music has served as a beacon of inspiration and hope and healing, and helping to bring peace to those affected by violence.” Congratulations, Universal Music Group, on your well-deserved accolade. Four-year-old in Australia helps save mother’s life by calling ambulance.
A child in Tasmania, Australia, named Monty Cocker, recently rescued his mother, Wendy, by contacting an ambulance and telling them “mummy fell over” after she collapsed in a seizure. Ms. Cocker had taught her son just the day before how to use the telephone to make such a call after he visited the ambulance station on a school excursion. Following the event, Monty was reunited with the paramedic crew and presented with a certificate of appreciation. Way to go, Monty Cocker, for your brave actions to help save the life of your mother by calling emergency services. With 12 years of experience, Chef André Gallet was inspired to formulate the unique and unusual legume burger that does not imitate or look like meat. Not A Common Burger’s kitchen makes vegan patties, vegan mayonnaise and everything else from scratch except the vegan bun, which is a custom-made brioche by a bakery. Chef André said, “You don’t need meat to make things that are tasty, delicious, and worthwhile.” Congratulations, Not A Common Burger’s team, for creating the burger voted best in Peru. Planting of wildflower corridors enhances bee population in United Kingdom national park.
A project in West Sussex, England’s South Downs National Park called Bee Lines has increased the population of bees and other pollinators by 72%. Bee Lines was started three years ago to create wildlife corridors through the park by planting arable fields with a wide range of wildflowers. The program has also expanded the diversity of other species such as bat-, reptile-, small mammal-, and bird-people by 98%. Nick Heasman, who leads the Bee Lines endeavor, explained, “Bees are vital ecosystem engineers, and it’s so important we try to halt and reverse their decline.” Way to go, South Downs National Park and Bee Lines team, for your wonderful project to increase the population of bees and other pollinators in the park. Greetings to Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai and the esteemed Supreme Master Television team, I’d like to share with Master and other disciples the inner vision I had in my dream. In my dream, I was in a place next to Master. While She was meditating, Master was also creating a being into existence for a mission on Earth. The mission was to send every being and human who had done bad deeds to eternal hell.
The reason why Master could not do this mission Herself was that our world was in an apocalyptic situation, and if Master stopped meditating even for a second, the planet would be destroyed. And the second reason was that there was a possibility that Master would be physically injured, so that angel must carry out this task alone. When the designated time of the angel’s departure came, I asked Master if I could go with the angel on this mission, and She allowed it. The whole planet was war-ravaged and even natural disasters had devastated the planet. The Earth was black and dark, but we could see clearly everywhere. In my dream it occurred to me that in this mission, p. Francis and Putin would be destroyed. So, we reached a human and the angel destroyed him.
I asked if this devil was Putin and if he would also perish. The angel answered, “It was not Putin, but Putin and the pope (Francis) will also return to hell.” On the ground was the blood of innocent people, including the Ukrainian victims of the war. I asked, “Will the people of Ukraine and President Zelenskyy go to hell, are they guilty?” The angel answered, “No, because Master will take them to Heaven, and they will be free from the evil of displacement and worry.” The people who remained on the planet were few, because some of them had already gone to hell or Heaven.
Then, in the distance, I saw a woman who was teaching and had a small number of, about four, disciples. People and demons could not see the angel I was with, but they could see me. So, all the time I was hiding behind the angel and recited Master’s Name. I was very scared when we approached that woman. The woman had evil makeup and horrific eyes. With one look at this woman, five images appeared in front of my eyes, showing that she had violated the five precepts.
Suddenly, I saw that the woman was looking at me. Although she did not see the angel with her eyes, she was aware of the angel’s presence. Then, the evil woman was burnt and destroyed, but her followers were angry with the angel, as they truly believed that she was a godly person. At that moment, Jesus Christ appeared, and also the transformation body of Supreme Master Ching Hai came, as Her physical body was in meditation. With the arrival of Master, the awareness of the disciples of that woman was raised, so they also believed in Master, but they had some karma that they had to clear by practicing. That was the end of this inner experience.
I am grateful to Beloved Supreme Master Ching Hai for supporting and guiding us in every way, for more knowledge, and for being able to follow the correct path.
